Refund policy

All sales are final.  Shawneez Jewelz Unlimited LLC does not offer refunds.  Repairs will only be completed for items within 15 days from the date purchased. charm replacement is available for an additional cost.  You will be responsible for all shipping costs.  Please contact us via email: shawneez2020@gmail.com prior to any return or repairs.  

Custom Order please contact us via email: shawneez2020@gmail.com for all custom orders.  Payment must be paid in full in order for us to start processing your order.  additional shipping and an $8.00 resizing fee will be charged on custom orders and other products.

Shipping policy

Production & Order processing time: 

Ready to ship items ship within 1-5 business days, Custom items require 3-10 business days to complete.  Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.

You will receive an email with tracking information that your beautiful pieces are on their way home to you or your gift recipients.

***Please note that with customization our pieces are being designed by hand especially for you and could be delayed depending on the number of orders ahead of yours and product availability.  During a sale, it can take up to 4 weeks due to mass orders and restocking of supplies.  

After an order is placed, an approximate ship date will be sent to the email address provided.


the client is responsible to provide an address that the carrier USPS recognizes as a deliverable address.  Shawneez Jewelz Unlimited LLC had no control over the shipment once a package departs the Boutique.  We are not responsible for shipping delays.  We are not responsible for errors made by the shipping carrier,  such as delayed items or last packages.  We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to acts of GOD that are out of our control, such as epic snowstorms, natural disasters, pandemics, or any other extraordinary circumstance that causes unforeseen interference with carrier routes.  if an exchange is desired, all shipping costs incurred are to be paid by the buyer.


The customer's tax is the responsibility of the buyer, if applicable.  It is the buyer's responsibility to know their country's tax policy before purchasing from Shawneez  Jewelz Unlimited LLC located in Boston, MA, USA.  We do not reimburse customs tax nor do we collect tax on behalf of any customs department.  Buyers are responsible for paying postage to have an item redelivered for failure to pay the customs tax or if an undeliverable address is provided, resulting in packages being shipped back to Shawneez Jewelz Unlimited LLC.  please be sure to address provided upon checkout is one that is able to accept packages and tax due to notices if your country imposes customs tax.
